China and the United States continue on Tuesday in London trade negotiations initiated on the eve, when Washington seems to launch encouraging signs about their result, a month after agreeing on a fragile tariff truce in Switzerland. Little has transcended at the time of these negotiations, that the markets follow carefully, among the first two economies of the world, except for an optimistic message of the US president, Donald Trump. “I am receiving good reports. Everything is going well. But China is not easy,” US President said Monday at the end of the first day of conversations. That positive signal was corroborated on Tuesday by the United States Secretary of Commerce, Howard Lutnick, to Bloomberg TV, at the beginning of the second day of conversations. “We talk all day yesterday and I hope we talk again today. Everything is going well,” Lutnick said.
