The Minister of Institutional Relations, said on Wednesday (11) that the government will clarify the minister, of the (Supreme Federal Court), that there is transparency in the execution of parliamentary amendments.
The minister made an order demanding information from the government and the resources that parliamentarians would have directed within the discretionary money of the Ministry of Health executive – not through the amendments officially reserved for the legislature.
“We will answer these questions from Minister Flávio Dino today to make it clear that there is no problem with the execution of the amendments and has full transparency regarding this,” said Gleisi after the Session of the (Federal Court of Audit), which approved the government’s public accounts ().
The execution of the amendments is one of the deputies, Hugo Motta (Republicans-PB). The minister said that a longer process is expected in this case, but that the intention of the government is to execute them from this weekend.
“I understand President Hugo Motta’s concern, obviously, because the deputies are charging the execution of the amendments, but we must remember that the budget was approved in April this year and not in December. And between approval, sanction and the beginning of execution of the amendments, we have a process to fulfill, especially after the decisions of the Supreme Court,” he said.
The period of approval of the amendments by the ministries ended last Friday (6).
The situation between Congress and STF was the subject of conversation between Centrão and PT leaders with Motta on Tuesday afternoon (10).
