To avoid having to use the dried chives, which is less nutritious, it is better to buy a herb in a pot in the shop. Its cultivation is not somehow complicated, just put it in a container that you have equipped with a substrate for growing herbs. The chives are enjoying the soil with a neutral or slightly acidic pH. He needs regular watering for his growth, but beware, not so abundant to expose it to waterlogging!
