The former president () denied in testimony to the (Supreme Federal Court) on Tuesday (10) that he discussed plans to give a coup after the victory of (PT) in the 2022 presidential election, but admitted to arguing with heads of the alternatives, he said, within the Constitution.
Bolsonaro is the sixth defendant of the coup plot to testify to the Supreme Court in two days of hearings to listen to the accused.
Bolsonaro’s testimony began at 2:33 pm and ended around 4:40 pm. He took a copy of the Constitution to the testimony table and raised him as he spoke about not having attacking democracy.
