City Hall sells Naming Rights of Interlagos Race Track – 12/06/2025 – Panel

The City Hall prepares a notice to negotiate the “Naming Rights” of the Interlagos Autodrome, in the south of the capital. The minimum amount to be charged is not yet defined.

Management () gave up, as planned by former Mayor Bruno Covas (PSDB).

To negotiate only the “Naming Rights”, the City Hall mirrors the concession of the Pacaembu Stadium to the Allegra Group, which was called the Free Market Arena.

As released at the time of signing the contract, in January 2024, – but much of this money will be paid to Allegra Pacaembu, and not to municipal management.

Parallel to the project to negotiate the name, the city intends to carry out interventions such as the removal of part of the walls from the site, which will allow people outside the race track to see the track, in addition to the exchange of the entrance portal, paddock renovations, and placement of permanent stands on the “S do Senna” curve.
