Deloitte employees now have a new subsidized resource to control stress: Lego. The famous Danish blocks were included in the list of welfare items that the consultancy will subsidize up to $ 1,000 annually (equivalent to R $ 5,600), as released by Business Insider.

Deloitte, one of the “Big Four”, has an extensive welfare program for its employees. From June, “Lego and Puzzles” began to join the articles contemplated by the subsidy.

The main objective of the initiative is to “empower and support the journey to be mentally and financially successful, and live its purpose,” according to the company’s internal policy.

Deloitte’s official well-being page highlights other measures related to four fundamental pillars: mentally thrive, physically thrive, financially thrive, and empower well-being.

In each of these categories, the Company mentions specific actions, such as paid license for caregivers and care for dependents, reproductive health and assistance for more appropriate tax management.
