The suspect is in pre-trial detention in the Prison of Aveiro Since Monday.
According to official sources, Jair Pereira entered prison with scabies, a disease caused by a parasite, having been placed in isolation and medicated with a product use in the bath.
The authorities consider that the indisposition may be related to the ingestion of this drug, even if the clinical picture of the detainee is stable, not putting their health at risk.
