Superfish is a food that is rich in nutrients. Goat berries, a macular, bolivian pigeon, a spirulina, Spanish sage seeds – it is believed that without them it is completely impossible to look good or to eat properly or to recover from something.
Don’t be fooled by exotic names: Superfields have a super price! Everything the body needs can be obtained from our local products. Flaxseed, familiar to our proprosenels, is actually much more useful than the now popular Spanish sage seeds.
Flaxseed oil is also worthy of special attention. It is one of the most valuable species of vegetable oils rich in omega-3 fatty acids. It improves brain activity, strengthens the nervous system and maintains normal hormone balance. It is recommended to consume 1-2 teaspoons of untreated flaxseed oil daily in the morning without eating. It can also be used to make salads, but should not be heated as it loses its valuable properties after heat treatment.
The properties of the medicinal flaxseed
Due to its special composition, the product has a positive effect on the whole body. Seeds help to eliminate toxins, lower blood cholesterol levels. Linen is a source of selenium, which, in turn, has powerful anti -cancer properties.
Cold flaxseed infusion gently affects the liver and gallbladder, has mild urine -driving and laxative effects, helps neutralize the effects of various poisoning, and increases lactation by breastfeeding mothers.
Pour 1 glass of seeds into a glass container with a lid, and add 250 ml of boiled room temperature water. Seal the lid tightly and shake the container strongly for 2-3 minutes, then leave to swell for 30 minutes. Take 2-3 tbsp a day. Š. Ideally, before meals.
Hot flaxseed infusion – medicine No.1 of gastritis. Envelops the walls of the stomach, relieves pain and inflammation. The measure is effective in inflammatory diseases of the throat and oral cavity.
The dressing is prepared as the previous version, only the seeds are filled with boiling water. Take 100 ml 30 minutes before meals.
Flaxseed powder with honey will help relieve a strong cough and facilitate expectoration. Grind 100 g of seeds in a coffee grinder. Mix the resulting flour with 500 g of honey. Eat 1 teaspoon a day every 1.5-2 hours if you feel the symptoms of a cold.
Flax seed to quit weight
Nutritionists advise anyone who wants to get rid of overweight to start using flaxseed. They can be added to salads, garnish, baked goods, ground linseed to soups and stews. High levels of fiber, which act as a colon cleaner, help remove toxins and revitalize microflora. The surrounding property of the seed mucus is also useful when losing weight: it prevents the absorption of excess fat.
Kisielius from flax seeds for a long time inhibits appetite, normalizes blood sugar, and promotes the proper metabolic process.
2 tbsp. Š. Pour the linseed into a pot. Pour 3 glasses of water and bring to a boil over low heat. Cook for 10 minutes, then remove from the stove. Kisiel cannot be filtered. Add a little lemon juice to make it tastier and add a teaspoon of honey. Drink half of this kisiel daily against the main course of the day. Eat food after 30 minutes. Take a 7 -day break after 2 weeks. You can then repeat the course.
Kefir drink with flaxseed powder is a weight loss remedy that has been scientifically proven. The linseed easily cope with hunger, cleans the intestine, contributes to rapid fat burning.
1 tbsp. Š. Add the ground seeds to a glass of kefir or sour milk. You can add 0.5 teaspoon of honey if you want. Eat as a snack 1 to 1.5 hours before meals. Double the concentration of powder in kefir in the second week.
In addition to all the positive properties, flaxseed also has contraindications: inflammatory intestinal syndrome, kidneys and bile stones, uterine myomas, polycystic ovaries, as well as individual intolerance.
