The dispute over Iran’s nuclear program moves to the escalation

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and its highest body, the Governor Council, is that Iran violates its obligations to the nuclear weapon locking contract. The IAEA resolution formally raises the dispute over the Iranian nuclear program to the penultimate escalation level.
