Financial independence, authenticity and relationships are the central life goals of Generation Z. In addition to this result, a survey by the management consultancy EY, which was carried out in cooperation with the Young China Group LLC. For this purpose, over 10,000 young adults between the ages of 18 and 34 were interviewed in Brazil, China, Germany, India, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, South Africa, South Korea and the USA. The study shows how this generation, grew up with the Internet and social media, questioned and redefined traditional life models.
