- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of sweet pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of hot peppers
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dried thyme or rosemary (optional)
Step by step recipe:
- Preparation of vegetables – peel the potatoes and cut them into thick slices or particles. Clean the peppers from the seed nests and cut into strips. Peel and cut the onion into feathers. Put everything into a large bowl, sprinkle with oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper and herbs. Mix
