Stage 3, a penultimate phase of Austin’s major started on Thursday. The Counter Strike (CS) competition brings together the 16 best teams in the world, eight being previously classified via Valve ranking, and eight others that came from Stage 2 of the competition.
At this stage, three Brazilian teams are in the dispute: Furia, Pain and Legacy, classified from the previous phase of the Austin Major. THE Sporting News shows details of the competition.

Where to watch Austin Major
To watch CS Major Stage 3, the Internet user can follow in English on Blast’s official channels, community streams, but also in Portuguese in the transmissions of “Gaules” and the tribe.
Stage 3 schedule and format
Austin’s third phase is played in Swiss format, where teams face each other for the first round qualifying. The other clashes are defined between the winners and the losers of these matches. To classify playoffs, the team has to reach three wins.
If you lose three duels, the team will be eliminated. The first and second rounds are being played for best of one. The duels between teams with a victory and a defeat in the third round will also have this format. Already the eliminatory and classifying clashes will be in better than three.
