Cakes without baking are an ideal proposition for the summer. They are usually made quickly, easily and above all without turning on the oven. An example of such a dessert is Philadelphia, which will be the perfect choice for hot days. Its light, creamy consistency perfectly refreshes and makes it difficult to stop at one piece. It disappears at a rapid pace and as to the last crumb.

Philadelphia consists of three layers: cookie-chocolate bottom, foam mass and jelly with strawberry mousse. We use strawberries in this recipe. However, you can replace them with raspberries. What products do we need to make this cake without baking?

Ingredients for the bottom:

  • 280 g of sugar without sugar;
  • 350 g of nut and chocolate cream, e.g.

Ingredients for foam mass:

  • 500 g cream 36 percent;
  • 350 g of Greek yogurt;
  • 250 g of water;
  • 50 g of powdered sugar;
  • 1 packet of strawberry jelly.

Ingredients for jelly with strawberry mousse:

  • 500 g of water;
  • 500 g of strawberries;
  • 2 packages of strawberry jelly.

To make Philadelphia, at the beginning crush the rusks in a melaxe. You can also pour crushed cakes into the bag and crush them with a roller or pestle.

Pour the crushed rushes into a bowl and mix them with nut and chocolate cream. Then put the mold with dimensions of 24×24 cm with baking paper. Evenly stipulate the bottom of the cookie-chocolate mass.

In the next step, prepare the foam mass: first dissolve the jelly in boiling water and set it off to cool. Then pour the cream and the islands of powdered sugar and beat the whole until a thick cream is formed.

Then add Greek yogurt and cooled, but unstable jelly. Mix the whole to combine the ingredients. Pour the resulting foam mass on the bottom of the dough without baking – Put them in the fridge for an hour.

30 minutes before the end of dessert cooling, make strawberry jelly. Pour the powder from two packages of 250 g of boiling water, mix and set aside for 30 minutes to cool. In the meantime, blend strawberries with other water.

Finally, add to the strawberry mousse cooled but unstable jelly and pour the whole to the top of the Philadelphia. Set the dessert in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours, preferably all night.
