Fast and simple cucumber and radish salad is refreshing and healthy. Perfect as an addition to meats, especially fatty ones. The addition of delicate dressing in the form of olive oil with lemon juice gives a pleasant, sour note. All flavors are perfectly combined with one delicious salad. Although you can prepare it at any time of the year, it certainly tastes best in spring, when new ones are available in the first rays of the warm sun.

Ingredients:
- 350 g of fresh long cucumber,
- 150 g of radishes,
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill,
Dressing:
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil,
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice,
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt,
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
Method of performance:
Wash the vegetables and dry well.
Cut the cucumber into small posts. You can also grate it on a very large grater or crush it with a kitchen work. Transfer it to a strainer, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and mix. Set aside over a bowl or sink for about 15 minutes. After this time, gently squeeze and move the vegetable into a salad bowl.
Cut the radish into posts of similar size and add it to the cucumber. Also add chopped dill. Mix everything.
Mix all dressing ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour the salad with the sauce and mix again.
Serve the cucumber and radish salad immediately after preparation. Too long rest will make the vegetables fly too much water.
The dish is best served as a meat dinner addition.
