Celina Leão (PP) leads a survey in the dispute for the Federal District in 2026; states that plan is to support Michelle Bolsonaro’s candidacy to the Senate
The deputy governor of Brasilia, (PP), told the Poder360 have “Lively”With the result of electoral polls that put it in the lead of the dispute by the local government in 2026.
Paraná survey Celina Research with 31.1% of voting intentions. The deputy (Republicans) appears in 2nd place, with 21.5%. Then is the former governor (PL), with 15.3%.
“I was excited. But so, no one can believe only in research. I have a lot of humility to keep working every day”the deputy governor told the Poder360.
In addition to launching to the Buriti Palace, the deputy governor also articulates the candidacy of former first lady Michelle Bolsonaro (PL) to the Senate.
“We are working for it. […] Her work is a more national work. I believe that if she leaves the DF, it would be the Senate ”declared Celina.
Michelle also leads voting intentions for the Senate, according to the same survey. It has 42.8% of preferences, compared to 36.5% of the current governor, (MDB).
The survey listened to 1,522 voters from the Federal District from May 31 to June 4, 2025. The margin of error is 2.6 percentage points. The elections are scheduled for October 2026. Here A (PDF – 522 KB).
