A 35-year-old man was arrested in the act for theft at Viracopos International Airport, located in Campinas, last Thursday (12). Although not an airport employee, he was a driver in a shipping company. During the interrogation, the suspect admitted to stealing goods with the intention of reselling them. Police authorities were able to apprehend a significant part of the stolen items in the man’s residence, which included watches, jewelry and medical equipment.
