Explosions were heard in the skies of Jerusalem while a new wave of Iranian missiles went to Israel.
“A new gust of missiles was launched against the state of Israel,” Israel’s defense forces (IDF) said in a statement.
Earlier, the Israeli army had warned of a new series of attacks and said its defense systems were in operation.
Iranian attacks are a response to Friday’s Israeli bombing, which had targeted commanders, nuclear scientists, military facilities and nuclear websites. Tehran denies that its uranium enrichment program has military purposes.
In Tel Aviv, a multi -storey building was hit, with damage to about one third of the structure in a densely populated area. A residential block in Ramat Gan was destroyed.
