Former President of, Juliano Medeiros will participate as an observer of formal creation this weekend of a new European left party at an event in Porto (Portugal).
The European left alliance will act within the European Parliament as a supranational force.
Member subtitles include the Left Bloc from Portugal, the insubmissive France and Spanish Somos, as well as representatives from countries such as Poland, Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
The alliance emerges as a dissent of the European left party, with an environmental, anti -racist and feminist platform.
Medeiros will participate this Saturday (14) in a table on the formation of an “anti-fascist international” against the advance of the far right in the world.
