Author of a proposal presented during the government of (), Wagner Lenhart sees the on the subject in the House by the president (-PB) as “a great opportunity”.

“We have a public administration built for another time, which does not fit the world we live today and that. If we do not, we will see an increasingly expensive, dysfunctional and unable to meet the demands of the population,” he says.

The proposal for constitutional amendment (PEC 32) was approved in a special committee in the House, but was not analyzed by the plenary. At the time, he was Secretary of Personnel Management of the Ministry of Economy under Paulo Guedes. Today, he is CEO of the Millenium Institute, which defends economic liberalism.

The lawyer proposes six pillars for government reform: focus on the execution of services, with more public-private partnerships; improve people management; streamline public purchases; streamline budget rules; Modernize control so as not to lock projects; and deepen digitization.

The working group created by Motta and has until mid -July to submit proposals. Deputy Pedro Paulo (PSD-RJ), who coordinates the group, two complementary bills and a series of bills on the subject.
