Sambista Ubirajara Félix do Nascimento, Bira President, died at the age of 88, on Saturday night (14), in Barra da Tijuca, south of Rio de Janeiro. The information was confirmed by a note of regret published on the artist’s official page.
According to the note, the death occurred at Unimed Ferj Hospital, where he was hospitalized due to complications related to prostate cancer and Alzheimer’s.
Bira leaves her daughters Karla Marcelly and Christian Kelly, grandchildren Yan and Brian, and the great -granddaughter.
The wake and burial will be informed as soon as confirmed by the family.
