One of the most popular rituals during the night of Kupała are braiding wreaths and jumping through the fire. It is the bonfire that will be useful to us during a simple ritual fortunately. According to tradition, two elements are worshiped on this day – fire and water, the most rituals are associated with them. In the past, many bonfires were lit, through which the young were to jump in pairs, now we can also meet this tradition. Fire wreaths were also thrown into the fire.

In the towns and municipalities where Kupała Night is organized, there will be a bonfire, with a plot, we can also light them at home – if we have the opportunity, it is best to use oak or birch wood.
