Datafolha: What voters from Lula think of his management – 14/06/2025 – Power

With the popularity in low, President Luiz Inacio da Silva () still finds support in those who elected him in 2022, shows a survey conducted this week.

Among Brazilians who claim to have voted in Lula in 2022, their government’s evaluation as great or good is 56%, compared to 28% of the overall sample. In this follow -up, only 8% classify management as bad or terrible, against 40% of the total.

Datafolha interviewed 2,004 people in 136 cities on Tuesday (10) and Wednesday (11). The margin of error is 2 percentage points.

The result is reversed among declared voters of () in 2022. In this group, Lula’s assessment as great or good falls to 5%, with 74% stating that the current government is bad or terrible.

Among Lula’s voters, 84% approve of the petista’s work as president – 46% in the total sample. They also remain alongside the president to compare his policies compared to his predecessor, Bolsonaro.

The group classifies Lula’s actions as better than Bolsonaro’s in all fields evaluated: (75%), poverty combat (74%), job creation (74%), housing and housing (73%), health (70%), environment (68%). The areas where the president performs worse among his 2022 electorate, although still maintaining a majority, are the one to combat (58%) and public safety (57%).

Lula supporters in 2022 also say that first lady’s actions do not affect the government (51%), while maintaining the lowest disapproval rate compared to it, with only 14% saying it gets more disturbed than helps.

The broad approval that the Lula government has among those who chose the president in 2022, however, does not seem to translate into wide optimism over the country. There are 47% voters of the optimistic petista with Brazil, compared to 36% pessimistic and 18% hesitant.
