A fake doctor did not have permissions for interventions. Patients were to undergo interventions under unhygienic conditions without anesthesia.
The judgment in the case of Yassina G., known as a false plastic surgeon, should be announced by the Bratislava I City Court on Thursday (June 19). This stems from a breakdown of a hearing published on the website of the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic.
The defendant made a statement of guilt during the process, so the court will only decide to impose a sentence and compensation for damage.
Yassin G. faces an indictment of several surgical interventions without the appropriate permits. Patients should have performed them under unhygienic conditions, without general anesthesia and should cause extensive health complications to health damage.
In the past, they have already sentenced a false surgeon in Vienna for fraudulent practices. After leaving Slovakia he worked in a medical facility in Vienna without obtaining the necessary registration.
The Bratislava Clinique Clinic, where he worked in the past, was stopped by the Bratislava Self -Governing Region (BOD) in 2016 because it did not have the relevant permits. At that time, the administrative procedure began against the clinic. BOD also resigned to the police cases of several dissatisfied patients.
