The Iranian media reported on Sunday about an explosion in the center of Tehran. At the same time, they announced that the number of victims of Israeli attacks has already risen to at least 128, TASR writes, according to AFP report.

Tasnim’s news agency shared shots of the explosion site and said it came to it near the central Square of Valiasr. The video shows how smoke was rising from the area, and debris and broken glass are spread from the explosion site. Other Iranian media brought similar news.

The drone attacks were intervented by the Tehran Police Headquarters, said the Isna news agency, referring to the police statement. The statement stated that the strike caused “minor damage” and suffered injuries several police staff.

Hundreds of people ended up in hospital

The conflict between Iran and Israel has already claimed at least 128 victims and “another approximately 900 individuals were adopted in hospitals,” said Etemaad Daily, referring to the Ministry of Health. According to the report, there are also 40 women and a large number of children, writes AFP.

Israel launched attacks on Tehran on Friday, aimed at military officials and nuclear facilities. In response to this, Iran has taken retaliatory attacks that have already killed at least 13 people, including three children, and several residential buildings in Israel were destroyed.

Iran’s attacks of Israel returned

Iran made a new wave of missile attacks on Sunday. The alarm was declared in Tel Aviv and several cities in the central part of the country, while the sirens were also heard in the north. According to DPA and AFP reports, TASR reports this.

“The sirens were heard in several areas of Israel after identifying missiles from Iran to the territory of the state of Israel,” the army said in a statement.

The authorities have issued new instructions for the whole country – they recommended to stay near the covers. According to them, movement in public areas should be limited to a minimum. These measures remain in force until the authorities give new guidelines, the representatives added.

“At this point, the aviation is doing interventions to dispose of the threat where it is needed,” the army added. According to AFP journalists, sirens were also heard in Jerusalem.

Iran will pay, the Israeli Prime Minister is threatened

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Sunday, when visiting a destroyed Bat Jam building near Tel Aviva, Iran said that Iran will pay a very high price for killing Israeli civilians. Informed AFP and DPA, writes TASR.

“Iran will pay a very high price for the deliberate murder of civilians, women and children,” Netanyahu said according to his office. “We will achieve our goal and plant a hard blow. They will feel our strength.”

According to the Israeli government spokeswoman, at least six people, including two children, lost their life on the impact of an Iranian rocket in Bat Jam south of Tel Aviv early morning. Rescuers continued to search for seven missing ruins. There is a risk that a largely damaged building will collapse, DPA said.

Bat Jam also visited Israeli President Yicchak Herzog, who described Israel’s struggle against Iran as the defense of not only his own country, “but also the Middle East, humanity itself and world peace”.

“Our goal is to change the reality in the Middle East,” Herzog said. “It is not possible for the Empire to further attack, sending its representatives, terror and missiles, and, of course, it has developed nuclear capacities that are most dangerous for humanity,” he said, calling for leaders of the G7 countries who meet at the Canada summit to stand by Israel.
