It took him another step towards transformation into a corporation of football (SAF). This Saturday (14), partners and counselors gathered at the club’s headquarters, in the East Zone of São Paulo, to accompany the presentations of three proposals aimed at the professionalization of the Football Department. The meeting was led by the club president, Tadeu Deradeli, and the chairman of the Deliberative Council, Carlos Pedroso.
The most prominent proposal is led by managers Reag Investments and contains capital, which together total more than R $ 18 billion under management. The plan foresees a total investment of R $ 500 million and aims to replace Juventus in the elite of São Paulo football by 2027. Among the main points of the project are the renovation of the Conde Rodolfo Crespi Stadium, the traditional, which will be capable of 15,000 fans, and the creation of a new administrative structure dedicated exclusively to football. It is also planned to implement an athlete training center, with technical and disciplinary focus.
The proposal also includes the construction of two restaurants (one of them with Italian theme), a hotel for players, physical therapy center, spa and gym focused on the professional cast. The sports project will have the support of entrepreneurs Claudio Fiorito and Federico Pastorello, partners of P&P Sport Management, athlete agency company.
In addition to the Reag and Conteá proposal, two other parts expressed interest: the Almaviva Group, which has already tried to assume Juventus football on other occasions, and former player Jamelli, who presented his own project. According to Carlos Pedroso, the Deliberative Council will decide in the next few hours which proposal will be sent to the vote of the counselors.
The vote between the meritorious is scheduled for next Tuesday (17). If the project is approved, it will go to the General Assembly of Partners, which will also be convened by the Deliberative Council.
