A raspberry dream already attracts attention as soon as it appears on the table. The juicy color of raspberries contrasts beautifully with light cream and cake. Each layer has its own task here – fluffy cake is a light base, velvet vanilla cream brings a mild note of sweets, a Fruit in jelly They add refreshment and delicate acidity.

Dessert is a perfect combination of textures – a soft bottom, a creamy layer inside and a springy, fruity top form a harmonious whole. The raspberry dream looks extremely elegant, and at the same time is easy to do. It can be served during summer parties – it fits perfectly on warm days.

Ingredients:

Cake:

  • 160 g of wheat flour,
  • 70 g cukru,
  • 60 g of butter,
  • egg,
  • a tablespoon of honey,
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.

Cream:

  • 250 ml of milk,
  • 100 g cukru,
  • 75 g of butter,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 30 g of potato flour,
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.

Jelly:

  • 400 g of fresh raspberries,
  • 400 ml of water,
  • Packaging of raspberry jelly.

Method of performance:

Prepare the cake. Grate the eggs with sugar to obtain a light and fluffy mass. Add soft butter and honey. Get to combine the ingredients. Sift flour with soda baked to wet ingredients. Mix to connect.

Place the baking mold with dimensions of 30×40 cm with baking paper. Pour 1/2 of the prepared mass on it. Put in the oven set to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 7-9 minutes.

Remove the bottom and leave to cool. Then tear off the baking paper gently. In the form, bake the other bottom from the remaining half of the dough.

Prepare the cream. Grate eggs with sugar for a minute. Add vanilla extract, flour and a glass of cold milk. Mix the whole. Pour the rest of the milk into the pot and boil on a slow fire. Add the egg mixture and, stirring, boil. Remove the mass from the heat, add the diced butter and mix the whole to combine.

Prepare jelly. Clean raspberries and dry well. Mix the jelly with hot water to dissolve. Set aside to cool, until it slowly thickens.

Fold the dough. Place one top of the dough back in the baking form lined with paper. Spread evenly about 1/2 of the cream. Cover the whole with a second top and spread the remaining cream. Arrange the raspberries on top of the dough to cover the whole mountain. Pour the fruit slowly with jelly.

Put a raspberry dream in the fridge for at least 3-4 hoursto the total concentration of all layers. Serve the dessert cold.
