After four days of intense searches, the Civil Police arrested the Evangelical Pastor Natalino do Nascimento Santiago, 50, suspected of murdering his wife.

During the journey to the police station, the delegate talked to the suspect, who attributed the crime to jealousy and a discussion about the guard of the five -year stepson, whom he raised as a son. “He said it was jealousy, that he and his wife decided to separate the day before and had the question of his son’s guard. He said he lost his head, took the third and killed her,” explained delegate Aldízio Neto to G1 Acre.

Still according to the delegate, the child was on the victim’s lap at the time of the crime.

“The boy was recorded as his son, raised since he was born. He is a stepson and the fight was due to the custody of this child,” said Aldízio Neto, highlighting the tragedy that also involves the delicate situation of the minor.
