One of the main projects is the creation of a marketplace, called Prodam Store, to sell products to city halls across the country.
“We want to break with the outdated and false image that Prodam was a job hanger, and transforming a company with reactive posture for a purposeful acting,” says the company’s president, Francisco Forbes, the mayor (), five months ago. The idea is that the “Rebranding” will take place by the end of the year.

According to Forbes, traditionally, Prodam has always been a kind of “requests” for municipal secretariats, making specific projects on demand. The idea now is to suggest products and solutions, combining human resources and investment in technology and artificial intelligence.
Products in the company’s portfolio, which can be sold to other management, are Tô Legal, a platform for obtaining permits, licenses and other documents necessary for the regularization of real estate and business, and a digital version of the 156 phone, which allows the registration and monitoring of urban demands, such as holes in the street, with photos and location.
An idea under development is real -time monitoring of specific citizens situations. For the elderly, documents could be digitally sent by the City as a special parking card before, even if they are requested.
The same could occur with pregnant women, who would be entitled to scheduling exams and follow -up, among other benefits.
Prodam is also involved in one of Nunes’ main flags in the second term, the program of Although it has not developed the software, is responsible for its updates.
An immediate challenge, according to the company’s president, is the company’s financial sanitation, which estimates to have about $ 200 million in funds to receive from secretariats from the city hall in services provided and unpaid.
