The premises of the DeliPack Packaging factory in the industrial zone of Maia were this dawn consumed by a fire.
A fire destroyed, at dawn on Monday, a leather, wood and other materials factory, located in the industrial zone of Maia and caused an injured, told Lusa source of Civil Protection.
There is a record of an injured, a firefighter who suffered injuries considered slight, said source of the Porto Sub-Regional Command.
DeliPack Packaging company was dedicated to the manufacture of travel, Moroccania, advertising and packaging articles, among others.
According to the source, the factory was “without working conditions”.
The fire, whose causes are still being cleared, launched around 01h00 and was fought by 10 fire brigade corporations in the region.
The fire is already under the aftermath, remaining 24 operational and 10 vehicles from the Volunteer Firefighters of Moreira da Maia and Pedrouços.
