In a statement after the deaths, the revolutionary guard stated that its aerospace force would “avenge” by performing a new wave of missile attacks against Israeli intelligence centers.
Earlier this Sunday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the Israeli military had killed the IRGC leaders in an interview with Fox News.
“We also capture the head of intelligence and his deputy in Tehran, because now we are flying over Tehran,” said Netanyahu.
