It tore the construction of Vale do Lobo Residences, a new and exclusive residential project with 44 units integrated into the Vale do Lobo Resort emblematic in the Algarve. The initiative represents the return to the direct promotion of housing by the resort, something that has not happened two decades ago. According to Kronos Homes, the management entity of the venture, 40% of the units are already reserved still in the plant phase, signaling a strong interest from the market.
The new project marks a new era for the Vale do Lobo real estate, consolidating over 60 years of history and positioning itself as a point of attraction for a new generation of owners, investors, golfers and tourists from around the world. The Vale do Lobo Residences are part of 25 contemporary apartments, 10 sophisticated sophisticated townhouse and nine townhouse, all implanted in a privileged location in Vale Real, one of the resort’s quieter and most natural areas.

The project combines the prestige and tradition of the resort with a contemporary and sustainable approach, with all units in accordance with the criteria of BREEAM certification, one of the most demanding environmental evaluation systems in the construction sector.
Geminated dwellings, with T2 to T4 typologies, are located next to one of the two ordinary pools, while the Townhouses have a private pool, offering the ideal balance between privacy and comfort.
