While there are a number of chemical and mechanical solutions on the market, many people are looking for more humane and environmentally friendly ways to get rid of these uninvited guests. And here comes one surprising and totally harmless trick that uses a raw material that you will probably find in your refrigerator: this is nothing more than a common yogurt. Although it sounds incredible, the acid milk product can become your new ally in the fight against moles.

The secret of the most successful yoghurt war with moles lies in its fermentation. As soon as the yogurt gets into the mole burrow, it begins to decompose in the soil. What happens next? Strong and uncompromisingly unpleasant odor of the disappearing milk bacteria and other organic substances will flood the entire long home. And because these animals rely mainly on their smell, they just can’t need something like that. If they feel nothing but decomposing yogurt, they may be at risk – they will not even feel predators. The mole just won’t let it go. What will be its solution? Simple, in short, start to find the smell of a cleaner environment.
