Many people adore low -salt cucumbers. These preserves are an excellent snack or a sensational addition to sandwiches. There are plenty of recipes for low -salt cucumbers, and each of them may differ in ingredients thrown into the jar. It is worth paying attention to Ewa Wachowicz’s recipe.

How to prepare With honey from Ewa Wachowicz’s recipe? The following ingredients should be prepared:
- 2 kg of ground cucumbers (should be enough for about 4-5 1-liter jars);
- 2 cloves of garlic per liter jar;
- 1 horseradish root on a jar;
- several dill branches;
- several blackcurrant leaves;
- 1 teaspoon mustard per jar;
- 1 tablespoon of honey per jar;
- 4-5 liters of water;
- Sun.
Preparation method:
- Put the washed cucumbers in jars. In each of them we place garlic, a few branches of dill, horseradish root, two blackcurrant leaves and 1 teaspoon of mustard and 1 tablespoon of honey.
- We prepare brine. In a liter of water, dissolve 1 tablespoon of salt. Therefore, 5 tablespoons should be used to prepare 5 liters.
- Pour the cucumbers in a jar with a cooled brine (the brine should completely cover the cucumbers), and then cover the jars with gauze or linen cloth (we do not turn them off). Cucumbers should be ready after about 2-3 days.
Low -salt cucumbers This is a great snack that can be added to sandwiches. These specialties are also a great ingredient in dinner dishes – they blend in with stew or ground chops.
