The lawyer, defender of one of the defendants, sent to the (Supreme Court) on Tuesday (17) photos and audios of conversations he says had with Lieutenant Colonel after former Jair Bolsonaro (PL) ordinant of orders signed award-winning agreement.
In the dialogue, Cid allegedly tells details of his testimonials to, makes out of the lack of support from his former allies.
“The most fucking thing is to feel that I’m screwing everyone,” says one of the messages. “The result of a persecution that I had no evil that would happen.”
Defendant’s lawyer Marcelo Câmara, Kuntz asked the Supreme Court to annul the denunciation under the justification of the employee’s lack of voluntarity.
“Notwithstanding, in the words of the whistleblower ‘outburst’, as this conversation follows the principle of voluntarity was absolutely scratched, not to say that it was injured by death,” he said.
The messages would have been exchanged for an Instagram profile used by Mauro Cid. The account had the name of his wife, had no published photos and was followed by a few people. Conversations date from January 29, 2024 to March 13, 2024.
“I was very clear there… PR (Jair Bolsonaro) would not blow any … He was bad,” says one of the messages allegedly sent by Cid. “He wanted to find a ballot fraud… officially for the party. A lot of people were trying to help find a fraud.”
Previously, after disclosure of dialogues for this profile by Veja magazine, the military defense had denied that he had used his wife to communicate about the case.
In the conversations sent by Kuntz, the profile that would be used by the military made criticism of STF Minister Alexandre de Moraes and said the minister had already prompted Bolsonaro’s arrest warrant. “You don’t need proof !!! just narratives !!! And when they talk about proofs…. They get their feet for their hands,” he said.
He would also have stated that Federal Police investigators tried “always lead me to say the word blow.” “So much so that I was careful not to use that word.”
Luiz Eduardo Kuntz told the Supreme Court that he has known Cid for a long time, in relation to the equestrian activities and the military history. He attached to his petition a “steps report,” a kind of diary that explained everything important to the process that had happened that day.
The lawyer says he decided to keep all conversations for possible use in defense of defendant Marcelo Câmara. “I assume the risks of doing notarial minutes in due course to consolidate the material in the present defensive investigation procedure and assist in the defense of my constituents, just if something relevant is brought in these written conversations,” he says.
Marcelo Câmara, defended by Kuntz, is a defendant in the Supreme in the case of the coup plot, accused of monitoring the location of STF Minister Alexandre de Moraes, the main target of pockets and military groups to enable the coup d’état, according to PGR (Attorney General of the Republic).
Chamber defense denies that he has monitored Moraes. He says the former Bolsonaro advisor only did research on the internet about the minister’s public agenda and the events he would participate in to know the city he was in.
In the dialogues, Kuntz asks questions to specific ICD about what he had said about the Chamber to the Federal Police. “In your agreement, you had included leaving the camera out too or didn’t he?” He asked.
“I asked Dr Cezar to check this,” said Cid, referring to his lawyer, Cezar Bittencourt. “Because he had told me that he accepted everything.”
At another point in the dialogue, the profile that would be used by Cid asks the lawyer what Marcelo Câmara had said about the accusation of illegal monitoring of Moraes – scored in the conversation with the code name “teacher”.
Kuntz denies the parallel monitoring or use of sophisticated equipment to find out the minister’s location. He also tried to confirm with CID the information that the code name “teacher” had not been combined between the two defendants before.
“If you pull all the conversations you won’t have that,” Kuntz asked. The profile that would be used by the military replied, “There will never be anything.”
ICD conversations by Instagram profile began to be revealed by Veja magazine last week. Based on the reports, the defense of former President Jair Bolsonaro asked the Supreme Court on Monday (16) to cancel the military collaboration agreement.
“The facts brought to public after the interrogations are serious, to say the minimum and very little. Conversations demonstrate the non -compliance with the terms of the award -winning denunciation agreement, as they expose the fact that the whistleblower broke the confidentiality imposed on his denunciation, as well as lied at the hearing in which he was interrogated, which is the cause for the termination of the agreement,” said lawyer Celso Vilardi.
Vilardi asked Mauro Cid during interrogation last week if the military had used the account @gabrielar702 to talk to friends about his award -winning denunciation. Lieutenant Colonel denied three times.
