Opposition senator Damares Alves (Republicans-DF) filed a request on Monday (16) questioning the Secretariat of Communication (Secom) over the Lula Government (PT), as revealed by Sheet.
In the text, the senator, who was the Minister of Women, Family and Human Rights of the Jair Bolsonaro (PL), cites “significant increase in advertising spending in contrast to the fall in government approval” and asks for detailed information about contracts – especially that of actress Cissa Guimarães as presenter of EBC (Brazil Communication Company), whose salary is $ 100,000 per month.
“This blatant disparity between the increase in publicity investments and the public perception of management requires in -depth supervision to ensure that the public machine serves, in fact, to the Brazilian citizen and not self -promotion interests,” Senator Bolsonarist said to the Lula government, according to the latest Datafolha.
Damares also requested the TCU (Federal Court of Accounts) and the CGU (Comptroller General of the Union) to expand the rigor in the supervision of campaigns paid by the government.
