Strawberry bread is sweet, but also a slightly sour dough that It combines the juiciness of summer strawberries, the delicacy of vanilla aroma and the velvety of cream yogurt. Each piece of this baking is an explosion of taste that resembles carefree summer days and sweet moments spent outdoors. It is extremely soft and fluffy, which will delight all gourmets – the small and large ones. It is perfect for breakfast, light afternoon tea or as an addition to afternoon coffee – Strawberry bread will work at every opportunity. The whole is simple and quick to prepare.
Ingredients:
- 300 g of strawberries,
- 260 g of wheat flour,
- 200 g cukru,
- 100 ml of natural yogurt,
- 100 ml of milk,
- 100 ml of rapeseed oil,
- 2 eggs,
- a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Method of performance:
Pour flour and sugar into the bowl. Mix to connect.
In the second bowl, put yogurt, milk, eggs and vanilla extract. Mix to combine the ingredients.
Pour the wet ingredients into dry and mix well until a uniform consistency.
Cut 2/3 of strawberries into smaller particles and add them to the dough.
Put a 35 × 11 cm baking tray with baking paper. Pour the mass inside.
Arise the remaining, half -cut strawberries on top.
Put in the oven set to 160 degrees Celsius. Bake a loaf for 50 minutes, until it is golden and well baked.
Leave the finished strawberry bread to cool for 10 minutes, then move to a grid and cool.
