Lawyer Eduardo Kuntz, who acts in defense of one of the defendants of the criminal prosecution of the coup plan, said Moraes had kept conversations with Cid on Instagram in the early months of 2024.
The conversations would have happened during the period when investigations conducted by the Federal Police were still underway and when Cid was forbidden to maintain contact or use social networks to communicate.
