The role of the North Koreans is supposed to be the restoration of the war conflict of the marked Russian region near Ukraine.

Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu is currently visiting North Korea (DPRK). He said that North Korean leader Kim Jong-un decided to send thousands of “North Korean women and builders” to Russia who allegedly “restore” the Russian Kursk region.

“The head of the DPRK Kim Jong-un decided to send thousands of engineers to Russia to clean the Russian territory, as well as five thousand military construction workers for the renewal of the destroyed infrastructure,” the Russian agency Interfax quotes

Building memorials to the fallen

The result of the Minister’s visit to the DPRK is Kim’s assurance of the Russians that they will continue to help Russia in the “restoration of the Kursk region”. Šojga also said that the leader of the Kremlin Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong-Unnas agreed that “an act of an act of soldiers of the Korean People’s Army who participated in the fighting” and the fallen North Korean soldiers in Russian war against Ukraine will build memorials.

New memorials to the memory of the DPRK soldiers who fell in the fighting for the “liberation” of the Russian territory will be in Russia and North Korea.

The Russians concluded a large agreement with the DPRK a year ago on a strategic partnership. Representatives of both countries signed it on June 19, 2024 in Pyongyang and then Russia and the DPRK ratified this agreement last November.

In recent months, Šojga has visited Putin’s instructions repeatedly. Visits are related to the deployment of the North Koreans in Putin’s war against Ukraine.
