Vienna/Wels/Mattighofen – The renovation of the three subsidiaries of Pierer Mobility, KTM AG, KTM Components GmbH and KTM Research & Development GmbH is legally completed. The regional court in the Innkreis has confirmed its renovation plans after the two -week recourse period, according to a broadcast by Pierer Mobility on Tuesday. The creditors now receive the agreed quota of 30 percent of the recognized claims.
