Latam is elected best airline in South America; See which is the best in the world

Latam was recognized as the best airline in South America for the sixth consecutive time at the World Airline Awards 2025, known as the “Oscar of the Aeronautical Industry”, which is made by SkyTrax

The company also won the best airline staff category in South America. The awards are added to another recognition received by the Latam group a few days ago in the Apex Best Awards 2025, in which they won in the category of “Best South American airline” for their recent Premium Business cabins, and other innovations.

In the world ranking, it appears in 43rd place, an improvement compared to last year, when it ranked 45th.

Already in the global category, Qatar Airways was elected the best airline in the world, followed by Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific Airways and Emirates, who fell a position compared to 2024 and now ranking fourth in the ranking.
