Masks, hats and sunglasses. Iran's paranoia with Mossad is growing

A man who had been detained two years ago was hanged. A clear message for those who are thinking of jumping to the enemy side

Iran arrested dozens of people on suspicion of espionage, at a time when fears grow in the Islamic Republic about the extent of its infiltration by the secret services of the Mossad of Israel.

Since the beginning of Israeli attacks at dawn Friday, 28 people have been arrested in the capital, accused of espionage in favor of Israel. Still this Monday, a man detained two years ago was hanged, which seems to be a message for any potential collaborator.

The Iranian regime also arrested several people across the country as allegedly sharing in line articles “supporting the Zionist regime” – accusing them of disturbing the “psychological security of society” – including 60 people in Isfahan, where Israel claims to have tried a nuclear installation.

A special unit was created in the Attorney’s office of Tehran to control the media and people with a significant number of followers on social networks. The repression intensified this Tuesday, after some activists were detained and others were warned.

Even Isna, a state -affiliated news agency, received a warning of not having complied with regulations, according to the news agency Fars, which did not specify the nature of infractions.

The vacancy of arrests occurs at a time when they will resent the revelation that Mossad agents smugged up weapons to Iran before the unspented attack of Israel and used them to reach the country from inside.

Iranian suspicions have become so strong since then that the Ministry of Secret Services has been asking the public to communicate suspicious activities and to issue guidance on how to detect employees.

A statement from the ministry urges people to be suspicious of strangers who wear masks or goggles, lead vagaries and transport large bags or film in military, industrial or residential areas.

On the other hand, a poster published by the Nour News State Newspaper – which is close to the Irão security player – marked as suspicions to people who wear “sunglasses, hats and sunglasses, especially at night” and those who receive “frequent deliveries of mail orders”.

The poster asks people to report “unusual sounds from inside, such as shouts, the sound of metallic equipment, continuous blows” and “houses with closed curtains even during the day.”

Another poster, attributed to the police and published in the state media, advised owners who had recently rented their homes to immediately notify the police.

However, journalists in Iran told CNN that they are prohibited from taking pictures on the street.

Fears of Israelite penetration only amplify the anxieties felt by the increasingly isolated leadership of the Islamic Republic, which has been shaken in recent years by anti-region protests triggered by the death of a young woman in the custody of the country’s so-called morality police.

The same force used to suppress these protests, the Basij (a paramilitary wing of Iran’s Revolutionary Guard), was highlighted for night patrols to increase “vigilance” following Israeli infiltration, according to the media controlled by the Iranian State.

In a video statement, Iranian police chief, Ahmad-Creise Radan, urged the “traitors” to present themselves, suggesting that those who realized that they had been “deceived by the enemy” could receive a smaller and “honored” treatment by Iran-while those who were caught would receive “a lesson that the Zionist enemy is now receiving.”

Iranian judicial head, Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-eji, called for a “quick” punishment of those accused of collaborating with Israel.

“Let’s say we arrest someone who is collaborating with [Israel]this subject in these conditions of war … must be processed quickly and punished quickly, ”he said.

The growing paranoia of the Iranian regime arises as more details about the Mossad operation that has smuggled weapons to Iran before Friday’s early attacks.

According to Israeli authorities, the operational ones established a basis for the launch of explosive drones inside Iran, and then used these drones to reach missile launchers near Tehorão.

Precision weapons were also smuggled, which were used to reach Terra-Air missile systems, paving the way for the Israel Air Force to make more than 100 attacks with more than 200 aircraft in the early hours of Friday, local time.

The information gathered by Mossad in Iran will also have given to the Israel Air Force the ability to reach high -level Iranian commanders and scientists.

Since then, according to the Iranian media, the government has seized equipment allegedly used during Israeli operation – including 200 kilograms of explosives, various suicide drones, launchers and equipment used to manufacture drones – in the city of Rey in Tehran province.

A video published by the state news agency Fars shows a building with drone pieces and other equipment.
