Minister Alexandre de Moraes of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) determined that Google Brasil informs, in 48 hours, the data responsible for inserting the so -called “scam draft” on the internet. The decision was made on Tuesday (17) in the context of the criminal plot’s criminal action.

The request for information was made by the defense of Anderson Torres, former Minister of Justice and former Secretary of Public Security of the DF.
In the request, the lawyers claim that an expertise is needed to see if the draft found in the home of Torres is the same one that circulated on Google. Thus, he will know whether or not he was responsible for the document.
The request is part of the requirements and complementary steps given of the defendants of the crucial core to present within five days, closed on Monday (16), to the STF.

The minister denied a request from the defense of Jair Bolsonaro (PL) to nullify the denunciation of Lieutenant Colonel Mauro Cid and give access to evidence of other processes. Just as it gave a negative to suspend the criminal action, a request from the defense of Braga Netto.
