This recipe has often saved the situation when unannounced guests appeared in my house. Just a few basic ingredients to prepare a delicious baking. Tea cake It disappears from the plates and greatly makes the moments more pleasant.
- 210 g of wheat flour,
- 200 g cukru,
- 120 g mleka,
- 110 g of butter,
- 2 eggs in size L or XL,
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice,
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract,
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder,
- ½ teaspoon salt.
Additionally:
- Powder sugar for sprinkling.
In a bowl, grate butter with sugar with a mixer for 1-2 minutes until the mass becomes light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla extract. Beat for another 2 minutes to completely connect.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt with a whisk.
Add half of the dry ingredients to the egg-sipped mixture and mix gently. Then pour in half the milk, mix again. Return to finish the ingredients. Finally, pour in lemon juice. Mix only to combine the ingredients.
Put the form with dimensions of 35×12 cm with baking paper. Pour the dough into it and put in the oven set to 180 degrees Celsius. Bake for about 30 minutes or to a dry stick.
Remove the tea cake and set aside until the checkered to cool completely. Then move them to a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Store them in a tight container, at room temperature and eat within 4-5 days.
