The São Paulo Civil Police have already had access to the necroscopic examination that shows what was the real cause of the death of businessman Adalberto Amarilio Santos Júnior. The technical-scientific police report shows that the death was caused by violent asphyxiation. In the body there were no traumatic lesions generated by punches and kicks and not even evidence of sexual violence. Based on this, the police should treat the case as a homicide, as the hypothesis of murder is being discarded. Another exam performed after Junior was found in the hole in the race track in Sao Paulo, capital, was to detect whether he had drunk and used drugs. The result was negative, contrary to the version of the friend Rafael Aliste. Another result awaited by the investigators is DNA to find out if the blood found in the businessman’s car was actually his. Junior’s friend gave two testimonials.
The last of them lasted about 6am. Rafael, in addition to ensuring that Junior had drunk and consumed drug, also registered an electronic police report the day after the event reporting that he was approached by armed criminals who took his motorcycle and his cell phone in Cotia (SP), where he lives. This approach, according to him, was after that he had returned from the race track after pastening posters about his friend’s disappearance, along with Junior’s relatives who until then had no notices of the businessman’s whereabouts. The investigators also heard several security guards who worked on the day of the event to find out if a possible disagreement could trigger in the death of the businessman. The column requested an official position from the Public Security Bureau on the case and is awaiting response.
