Until the last moment, it was not clear how Ján Ferenčák (voice-SD) will be preserved. Without his voice, a constitutional change can come across Tuesday, the portal informs.

The coalition lacks a sufficient number of deputies to achieve a constitutional majority, especially after some KDH deputies refused to vote with Smer. Deputy Ján Ferenčák said in the afternoon that he asked for postponing a vote for the Constitution for September in order to create more space for professional discussion.

If it was voted on Tuesday, Ferenčák said he would not participate in the vote. In this case, only 89 votes would be certain, which is not enough to approval constitutional change.
