Trump described the Iranian leader as an easy goal, but the US does not intend to remove it. Nevertheless, there are statements on other measures against Iran.

US President Donald Trump said on Tuesday that the United States does not plan to liquidate the Iranian supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. However, the US warned the Iranian leader of taking further attacks on Israel, TASR reports, according to AFP report.

“We know exactly where the so -called” highest leader “is hidden. It would be an easy goal, but it is safe. We don’t plan to remove it, at least not yet,” Trump wrote on the Truth Social platform. “Well, we don’t want the rockets to hit civilians or American soldiers. Our patience is running out,” Trump said. The White House chief also shared a message with the words “unconditional surrender” without providing further details.

US Vice President JD Vance announced on Tuesday that it seems to be needed to take further steps to stop the Iranian nuclear program. He responded to reports that the US could participate in the conflict between Iran and Israel.

“The President has shown remarkable restraint when he decided to focus the attention of the army only on the protection of soldiers and our citizens. It may decide to have to take further steps to end the enrichment of Iranian Uranus,” Vance said in a post on the Platform X.

Israel launched a wave of attacks across Iran on Friday, and its aim is to prevent Tehran from getting a nuclear weapon. Iran rejects the accusation of its development and responded to Israeli attacks by retaliatory strokes.
