Minister Dias Toffoli of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) determined on Wednesday (18) the annulment of all processes of Operation Lava Jato against Nelson Luiz Oliveira de Freitas, former vice-president of the Post Office.
“To declare the absolute nullity of all acts committed to the detriment of the applicant in the context of procedures linked to Operation Lava Jato, the members of that operation and former judge Sérgio Moro in the performance of his activities,” says the decision.
