Who is Marcinho VP
Márcio dos Santos Nepomuceno, known as Marcinho VP, has been arrested since 1996 and is serving time for crimes such as drug trafficking, homicide and criminal association.
He was appointed as one of the heads of trafficking at the German Complex in Rio de Janeiro, where he would have ordered executions and coordinated violent actions linked to the Red Command Criminal faction.
Currently, the trafficker is in a closed sentence at a federal prison of maximum security in Campo Grande (MS). The total conviction was 48 years, six months and 20 days. According to information from the newspaper O Globo, based on current legislation, the forecast of the release of Marcinho VP is for October 29, 2026.
