In a report that came to public on Wednesday (18), the Federal Police (PF) points out that the Israeli espionage program “First Mile”-allegedly used to illegally monitor citizens and authorities-cost about $ 5.7 million.

“The hiring of the system pursuant to contract No. 567/2018 […] It was cost of R $ 5,727,000.00 “, points out the PF report.” The motivation for acquisition was its use primarily in the intervention of Rio de Janeiro. However, those responsible for hiring did not face the actual nature of the system, as well as its execution relegated guaranteed measures designed to avoid republican deviation from the intrusive tool, “he adds.

The confidentiality of the parallel ABIN inquiry was withdrawn today by the Minister of the Supreme Court, Alexandre de Moraes.

According to the Supreme Court, the decision to remove the secrecy “was made after the selective leaks of excerpts from the police report, which resulted in contradictory matters in the press.”

The PF points to the following names as the main involved:

* Alexandre Ramagem: pointed as operational leader of the criminal structure at ABIN.
* Carlos Bolsonaro: considered as the creator of the parallel structure.
* Jair Bolsonaro: pointed as a direct beneficiary of operations.
* Several federal police and ABIN servers: involved in the execution and armor of the structure
