Ingredients:

  • 250 g of wheat flour,
  • 175 ml of hot water,
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Method of performance:

In a medium bowl, mix the flour and salt. Make a hole and Pour half the water slowly. Crush Initially, the dough in a bowl, adding the remaining liquid every now and then.

Transfer the dough to the board. If it is too sticky, add a teaspoon of flour. If it is too dry and is difficult to form a ball, add a teaspoon of water. Rearrange the mass to obtain a uniform consistency. Divide the ball into two parts – Put one back in a bowl and cover with a linen cloth.
